The police in Rostock are investigating a woman from Berlin.
The 46-year-old was walking on the promenade in Warnemünde with a friend on Saturday when she suddenly pulled out her pepper spray and used it against three dogs, as a police spokesman announced on Monday.
In addition, the woman sprayed a 55-year-old dog owner and her two-year-old grandchildren - slightly injured - and insulted, it said.
By the time the police arrived, the excited Berliner is said to have insulted other walkers.
Your companion, who lives in the region, did not participate.
According to the police, the woman gave her panic fear of dogs as the reason for using the animal repellent spray.
According to the information, the inspection revealed that the 46-year-old is said to have violated the Corona state ordinance by entering the country because she was in Rostock for no good reason.
In addition, the officers are investigating suspected bodily harm and violating the Animal Welfare Act.
Police officers accompanied the woman to the train station, it was said.
There she was asked to leave.
