A great record.
With this law, the glass ceiling on boards of directors was broken.
The parity has climbed in a decade from 10% to 45%.
The impact was therefore major.
But it also led to the creation of a sub-ceiling.
While it was expected to cause a runoff throughout the company and facilitate careers for women, its reach got stuck on boards, and it's frustrating.
Should we go further and
impose quotas for women
in the executive committees and code companies?
I am in favor of a law.
Without a quota, things don't change.
Giving women the opportunity to sit at the strategic decision table becomes a matter of performance, competitiveness and attracting talent.
Otherwise, inequalities will widen while our economy is to be rebuilt.
Setting quotas is neither taking away domination
