Collaborator of Louane, Lola Le Lann or Johnny Halliday, the author speaks for the first time since an investigation was opened against him in November 2020.

"These girls are using the MusicToo movement to settle scores with me."

Charges that Yohann Malory doubles as a complaint for slanderous denunciation, after the opening, on November 1, of a preliminary investigation for sexual assault targeting him.

In an interview with

Le Parisien

, the 35-year-old artist, the flagship lyricist of French song, speaks for the first time since four complaints were filed against him.

Lola Le Lann ignites the powder

The artist accuses, in particular, the sister of the first complainant of having sent a message to the actress and singer Lola Le Lann - personality at the origin of the media coverage of the facts - informing her that several women were wearing complaint against him.

On October 6, 2020, the ax falls.

Le Lan announces, on Instagram, that following a message implicating one of its authors, she would not release her album.

does not carry out investigations for the police and respect the presumption of innocence ”

.

Drugged without her knowledge

Responding to the accusations of one of the plaintiffs, who said to have been drugged before the assault, the artist assumes

"to have poured MDMA

[equivalent to ecstasy]

into the glass of a young woman without her knowledge"

while 'he was celebrating in a Parisian nightclub, in October 2019, the end of filming his last clip.

“I had used drugs

,” he explains.

And I put it in the glasses of several of my friends, girls and boys.

The others knew, but not her, because she had grafted onto the evening. "

Taking drugs that would have made her sick.

According to Malory's words, he would then have accompanied the young woman by Uber, then heard from her the day after the events.

“In the days that followed, she informed me that she had gone to the hospital for blood tests, that the presence of drugs had been detected and that she had filed a complaint.

But there was never any question of sexual assault,

”he reiterates.

The other three complaints?

A plot, the complainants being

"linked"

, according to him.

And a nuisance for his professional career, especially:

“I am the victim of an injustice.

While everything was going very well for me, I had to put all my projects on hold in order to concentrate on my defense. ”
