Comes to Hengasch from the big city: Katharina Wackernagel plays the new superintendent

Instead of Caroline Peters, Bjarne Mädel and Meike Droste, ARD is relying on new actors for a new edition of its crime comedy series "Mord mit Aussicht".
"After five years and a creative break, a new start for the ARD series is on the way," said the first on Wednesday in Munich.
"The sleepy Eifel village of Hengasch remains the universe for police work, but the department is staffed differently." Katharina Wackernagel played the new commissioner Marie Gabler, Sebastian Schwarz police chief Heino Fuß and Eva Bühnen played Jennifer Dickel.
So far the roles have been Sophie Haas (Caroline Peters), Dietmar Schäffer (Bjarne Mädel) and Bärbel Schmied (Meike Droste).
The new six episodes are to be shot in spring 2021 and can be seen in spring 2022.
According to the leading WDR, the new team in the guard meets some figures known to the audience, such as Petra Kleinert as Heike, who as usual sticks her nose into everything, Michael Hanemann as ex-police officer Zielonka and Felix Vörtler as fire chief Arthur Brandt.
But there will also be new faces and characters in Hengasch.

The scripts come from Johannes Rotter;
The director is Markus Sehr.
The series inventor and once author of the first season was Marie Reiners.
The first three seasons of "Murder with a View" were broadcast in the first in 2008/2010, 2012 and 2014.
In 2015 the television film »A Murder with a View« was shown.
