Does a good series have to be exciting and action-packed?
TVNOW disagrees.
The RTL platform even gives the “most boring series” a second season.
Nothing happens in the story and the characters only have banal conversations.
You don't have to have studied film to know that these are not good prerequisites for a production.
Nevertheless, the RTL streaming service
TVNOW is expecting a
lot from this concept and is testing it in
"KBV - No special occurrences"
.
Ultimately, there are enough crime novels * in which police officers scurry from case to case and chase after offenders.
However, as the name suggests, there are no special incidents in the new series.
From February 25, 2021,
TVNOW will make
all six episodes available.
And there is good news: A
second season has
already been
confirmed
.
The series advertised as “deadly boring cop-comedy” does not seem that promising.

This is what “KBV - No Special Incidents” is about
: Two Hamburg commissioners observe a camp night after night, suspecting illegal activities.
However, nothing happens and the two are forced to pass the time with banal conversations.
It is the same with the criminals themselves, who are sitting in the warehouse, as well as two colleagues in the police control center who are also waiting for special incidents.
