(ANSA) - BRUSSELS, JAN 28 - The EU raises its tone in the iron arm with AstraZeneca and considers legal means to guarantee the supply of the promised vaccines.
According to what has been learned, Brussels could in fact use Article 122 of the Treaty on its functioning to legally guarantee the contractual supply of anti-Covid vaccines.
This was indicated by the President of the European Council Charles Michel in a letter to several European leaders.
