"Yellow zone does not mean escaping danger. We still need the utmost caution". This was stated by the Minister of Health, Roberto Speranza (ANSA)

"Yellow zone does not mean no danger. We still need the utmost caution if we do not want to go backwards compared to the progress made in recent weeks".

This was stated by the Minister of Health, Roberto Speranza, entering the ministry this morning.

A few more hours and almost all of Italy will wake up in 'yellow' on Monday morning, with a loosening of the bans that will ease the heavy climate experienced in recent weeks due to a high Rt index that has finally dropped.

Also thanks to a new interpretation of the Dpcm which eliminated the third week of 'observation' to move into the range of lesser rigor, an interpretation requested by the governors pressed by the categories 'victims' of the close.

Less consoling is the situation in Sicily and the autonomous province of Bolzano which will turn orange, while Puglia, Sardinia and Umbria will remain so.

And although Campania will be yellow, Torre Annunziata declares itself orange.

WHAT YOU CAN DO IN THE YELLOW ZONES -

  In the 'yellow' regions it will be allowed to move freely between the municipalities but it will still be forbidden, until February 15th and for everyone, to move from one region to another.

The curfew remains from 10pm to 5am, which can be broken for "proven needs", work reasons, health and emergencies.

Self-certification is only required after 10pm. In the yellow zone the bars will remain open from 5am to 6pm, after which it is forbidden to take away from places without kitchens.

The restaurants will also be open until 6pm, afterwards home delivery is allowed and takeaway food can be bought until 10pm.

It will also be possible to visit a museum or admire an exhibition from Monday to Friday but not on holidays and in any case with limited admissions.

Shopping centers are open on weekdays: pharmacies, tobacconists, newsagents and food shops located within them will remain open on Saturdays and holidays.

In the regions located in the orange band, bars and restaurants will be closed: for bars, takeaway is allowed until 6 pm in rooms with kitchens;

for restaurants, take-away and home delivery is allowed.

Movements can only take place within one's own municipality;

you can leave the municipality only for reasons of health, work, necessity and urgency.

Finally, it is allowed to go in two to relatives or friends from 5 to 22.
