These days, fashion designer Mai Mashiach is expanding her design line and launching a wedding dress line for the first time.
The campaign, recently filmed in the desert landscape of Dubai, stars Natalie Dadon.
The photos were taken with an Israeli, local and international team.
The campaign was photographed by fashion photographer Kitana, who, among other things, photographs quite a few international models for fashion magazines.
Mashiach says that it was the closures that made her think about expanding the business and entering the wedding dress category.
"For the last three years I have been concentrating and busy with evening dresses, and I have always told myself that when I have time I will sit down to develop the bridal line out of a desire to bring something different to the bridal world. Creative thinking".
According to her, this is a collection that corresponds with the spring-summer seasons of 2021. The collection consists of 10 wedding dress models in a different style from the usual traditional bridal line.
The rental price of each dress is different and starts at NIS 7,000.
On the bold line she brings to the bridal world she says, "I feel there is room for the models of the collection who bring with them a different spirit, light and playful. Less corset and tulle dresses, and yet, you can change, add fabric and modest necklines Handmade ".
On the choice of Daddon who models the wedding dresses, she says, "She is my muse. When I designed the models, I imagined Natalie in these dresses. There is no one more suitable than her to open my first collection."
According to her, since the vaccines arrived in the country, there has been a revival of the bridal market.
"Girls call and get interested, tell about a wedding or event they have in the summer and they are already planning the outfit they want to wear. I hope that the spring-summer of 2021 will look different and that we will return to the events and celebrations."
