No change of course, but a serious reminder of responsibilities!
Friday evening, during the announcement of the establishment of additional health restrictions to try to avoid a third confinement, the Prime Minister, Jean Castex, was clear by indicating that
"in all companies where it is possible, recourse to teleworking will be increased ”
in the next few days.
A strengthening that does not rhyme with a hardening of the current framework ... As usual on Monday evening, the Prime Minister receives at Matignon employers and unions to discuss the health, economic and social situation of the country.
A large part of this weekly point was to concern the issue of teleworking.
And the message from the executive should not budge one iota: 100% teleworking will remain the norm for the next few weeks, with employees who wish to still have the possibility of returning to their workplace one day a week.
