Museums can also reopen, but only on weekdays, not on weekends, to avoid crowds of people.
Against the grain of all its European neighbors, Italy is relaxing its anti-Covid restrictions on Monday in most of its regions.
With the exception of Alto Adige (north), Umbria (center), Puglia, Sardinia and Sicily (south), classified as "orange" (medium risk), all other regions are now in "yellow", more low risk, on a card that no longer contains red.
The curfew nevertheless remains in force throughout the country, from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m.

On Sunday, the peninsula recorded 11,252 new cases of coronavirus, a figure down from the 12,715 recorded on Saturday.
The World Health Organization (WHO) however warned Thursday that it was "too early to relax" the restrictions because of the "still very high" circulation of the virus.
"Italy is against the tide," confirmed Walter Ricciardi, a public health expert who advises the Italian Ministry of Health on the pandemic, in an interview with AFP on Friday.
