Xiaomi appeals against the American government for the inclusion in the 'black list' of Chinese companies accused of having ties or being controlled by the armed forces of Beijing.
An inclusion decided by the Trump administration and that Xiaomi flatly rejects.
"The decision" to include the company in the blacklist is "factually incorrect. With the idea of protecting the interests of users, partners, employees and shareholders, Xiaomi has asked that the decision be declared illegal and revoked".
