Zarif, EU mediator for US return to nuclear agreement

(ANSA) - WASHINGTON, 01 FEB - Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif proposes that the European Union act as a mediator in order to get the US back into the agreement on Tehran's nuclear program.

    Interviewed by Christiane Amanpour on CNN, Zarif said that the head of European diplomacy, Josep Borrell, "should indicate the actions that the US and Iran must take".
