Tiktok user found out what keeps her from sleeping well at night (Tiktok / @ susieandmollie)

A British woman posted a video on Tiktok in which she said that she has recently woken up very tired for no good reason.

According to her, she goes to bed early and wakes up only after a long night's sleep.

So she had to check what was going on during the night that was interfering with her body resting properly.

She placed a night vision camera in front of her bed and waited until the next morning to see what it was all about.

Only then did she discover who the real culprit in her chronic fatigue was: her cat.

In the video you can see her cat, Ginger, getting on the bed and starting to tap his feet on her hand.

He continues to push her and interrupt her for 4 consecutive hours, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Out of sleep the woman is seen trying to calm her cat but he goes on his own and prevents her from going into a deep sleep.

At the beginning of the video she wrote: "I'm so tired in the morning, I knew someone was trying to wake me up so I put up a camera with night vision to check what exactly was going on there ...".

The video garnered about 40,000 likes and garnered hundreds of comments from cat owners around the world, who tried to make her feel better about her rude cat, many took the opportunity to share similar experiences.

"My cat does that too! Sometimes she bothers me all night. I read that it's because she's older and probably suffers from dementia and sometimes confused," one wrote.

Another added: "At least yours is asking for attention right next to you. Mine just makes noise when it drops things, scratches the carpet or hits the shutters."

Another person wrote: "Mine just jumps on me and goes to sleep. He's like a blanket. I can not move when he's on me."

Others have tried to explain the cat's bizarre behavior.

"That's how one of my friends found out he had a sleep apnea. A cat woke him up every time he stopped breathing," one wrote and another agreed: "Are you snoring? Have you recently been tested for sleep apnea? Sometimes cats check your condition because they are worried about you. You may want to check." .

Here's the culprit - or the one trying to save her life?
