The French specialist in advertising targeting Criteo will review its global organization and proceed with job cuts, he told AFP on Tuesday, confirming information from the NextInpact site.

According to a Criteo statement sent to AFP, “
the group informed its employees on February 1, 2021 of a plan to adjust its cost structure with the aim of regaining sustainable growth
”.

At this stage, no forced departure is envisaged in France,
” added the company.
According to the specialist site NextInpact, around 10% of the company's 2,700 employees could be affected.
The group listed on the Nasdaq in New York will release its annual results in February.
In the third quarter, its net profit had fallen 72% to $ 5 million and its revenue had slumped 10% to $ 470 million, due in part to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic.
