(ANSA) - MOSCOW, 02 FEB - The request of the Federal Penitentiary Service to convert the suspended sentence into real indetention, due to the alleged violation of the terms of probation by Navalny, has been accepted.
The judge decided to take into consideration the year of home detention already served for the Yves Rocher case and therefore reduced the detention in prison from 3 years and 5 months to 2 years and 5 months of penal colony.
