Ten days after she was expelled from the "Big Brother" house, Yamit Abramov posted a post on her Instagram page in which she told about how she lost weight in the Big Brother house and why.

Abramov, whose two children experienced kindergarten abuse as toddlers, dealt with it extensively during the program.

The post she uploaded included two photos of her: one from the beginning of the show, where she looks fuller, and one these days, where she looks thinner.

Next to the pictures she wrote: "Emotional eating. Five years have passed since I found out I was abused by children. Five years of nightmare. Five years of self-loss. All these years I found myself comforted by food. I tried to comfort myself with something sweet, salty, sour and actually. "It doesn't matter at all the taste. I cried with the food, I laughed with the food, I was angry with the food. Food, food and more food. Instead of going into a black hole, I went into the refrigerator."

"Every demonstration (referring to demonstrations that required supervision in kindergartens to prevent abuse by kindergarten teachers) ends with a hamburger because all emotions are floating.

Every new case that was discovered - I was sitting on a Golda box.

"I love myself in any situation and at any weight. My self-humor always works in any situation I will not be in. In the Big Brother house something upside down happened - a check there, on this platform, released my food. All day I talked about it there, about our children "And suddenly I didn't have to chew anymore."

Abramov went on to write about the feeling she got at the Big Brother house: "I felt full of love and warmth. I contained everyone's sympathy in our protest, so the fridge no longer interested me. The food became food and not emotion. It's a huge gift I got at the fireplace. "Or a smoothie, or any other miracle. The only thing I have is to love myself as I am. That way, for better or worse."
