Burnout in the home office: Working women with small children in particular are exhausted

Women with small children in particular felt particularly exhausted due to the double burden.

“The load increased again noticeably in the phases of particularly strong corona restrictions, for example when schools and daycare centers were closed.

women are much more exposed to and affected by burnout than men,
