While the world of culture is closed and all performances in the past year have been canceled due to the corona, in the IDF the performances continue as usual.
"Israel Today" has learned that Noa Kirl and Jonathan Margie, two soldiers in a military band, appear on an almost daily basis in front of a crowd of soldiers, even in various open bases. This is despite the fact that under corona restrictions, singers are not allowed to perform. It seems that what is forbidden to civilians - does not always apply to the IDF. The
IDF spokesman said: "Yes, we will clarify that most of the performances are held in combat units."
