On February 14th, it's that time again: Valentine's Day is coming up.
Do you still need an idea for your loved one?
How about homemade pralines with KitKat?
Do you know someone who loves KitKat *?
Perfect, then instead of the pure chocolate bars with waffle filling, give away
homemade pralines
in which you use the KitKats.
This is also very easy to do as you'll see in the recipe.
And you are guaranteed to make a real chocolate fan really happy on Valentine's Day (or any other day)!
You actually only need three ingredients to prepare it.
A secret ingredient here is sweetened condensed milk, which ensures a creamy consistency, binding and a lot of sweetness.
And so goes the recipe for the delicious KitKat pralines.
Also delicious:
You can conjure up these chocolate pralines from just two ingredients.
Make KitKat pralines yourself: You only need three ingredients
For about 16 chocolates:
340 g KitKat bars
150 g sweetened condensed milk
300 g chocolate
You can decide which type of chocolate to use according to your taste.
Dark chocolate, which is not as sweet as whole milk, goes well.
The filling of the pralines is already very sweet thanks to the KitKats and condensed milk.
But white chocolate also creates a nice contrast to the darker filling.

How to make KitKat pralines yourself: Idea for Valentine's Day
Put the KitKat bars in a freezer bag and use a rolling pin to crush and crumble them.
Place the KitKats in a large bowl with the condensed milk and mix until a thick, sticky mass is formed.
Take 2 teaspoons at a time from the mass and roll them into balls.
Put these on a baking sheet or large cutting board and let them freeze in the freezer for 6 hours or overnight.
Chop and melt the chocolate and dip the pralines in so that they are completely coated in chocolate.
Place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and let them dry or harden, if necessary put them in the refrigerator.
You can decorate the pralines with additional chocolate, decorative pearls, chopped nuts or KitKats, if you like.
And already you have
homemade pralines with KitKat
!
They can be kept in the refrigerator for up to two weeks - but they will certainly not last that long because they are simply too tasty and have to be cleaned up in no time.
