During her speech this Thursday evening, the Minister of Labor drew up a list of sectors, where, according to a study by her ministry, the companies which least respect the obligation of teleworking are hidden.
According to Élisabeth Borne's services, respect for remote work is looser in “banking, communication, information and in real estate and legal activities”.
The Minister ensures "the Labor Inspectorate remains mobilized" to ensure compliance with the measure and that its agents "will verify compliance with telework at each control".
