Taylor Swift: Released two albums in 2020

Taylor Swift recently released an album called "Evermore".
An amusement park in the US state of Utah also bears the same name.
Not particularly surprising at first, as the designation (in German, for example: "forever and ever") is not particularly unusual.
But the representatives of the "Evermore Park" do not seem to assume a coincidence - and are suing the singer for trademark infringement, as reported by the BBC and the Guardian, among others.
Swift's album title confused visitors.
Among other things, the representatives of the park accuse the singer that the same name had a negative effect on the results in the Internet search engines.
In the week after the work was published, there was a "dramatic deviation from the typical level" of the number of visitors to the park's website.
Therefore they are now claiming damages.
Swift doesn't want to let these allegations sit on him.
There was "no basis" for such claims, she had her lawyers explain.
The lawsuit is "dubious and irresponsible".
It is inconceivable that there is "any likelihood of confusion" between the theme park and Taylor Swift's music and the respective merchandise products.
Taylor Swift released two albums in 2020: "Folklore" in July, followed by "Evermore" in December.
