A light lotty banana, about the same as in Thailand (because the weekend requires such a breakfast)
Omar Miller knows it's the closest we'll get to these stalls right now, but he also knows what to do to improve the feeling.

This year has seen quite a few complex kitchen challenges, sumptuous home-made meals and culinary upgrades in homes that have failed to put together a sandwich in the past.
This year has also been particularly exhausting, and particularly difficult, one that still provides us here and there with days of laziness (blessed) and pampering (even more blessed).

Omar Miller knows it all.
He also knows that our collective dreams on the shores of Thailand and the streets of Bangkok have been put into a tough hold, and there are not many things that can be done about it.
So, understanding what direction comfort can come from, he invests in the closest thing a true Thai Lotti banana has.
That is, with shortcuts and a stopwatch that does not sweat, but also with a drop of investment.
Still, if not Thailand at least it will be delicious.

Preparation
How to make a Lotti banana from Mlawa?
1 Prepare the ganache: In a small pot, place dark chocolate, sweet cream and condensed milk and heat over a medium-low flame until dissolved and completely combined.
2 Prepare the caramel: Put the sugar in a small pot and add water.
Place on low heat until golden.
When the sugar caramelizes add the rum and butter.
3 Slice the bananas into rings and add to the caramel.
4 Prepare the malawah: Put a little oil on a pan, place the malawah on top for about two minutes on each side.
5 Combine the bananas in the caramel sauce with the chocolate ganache and mix.
Arrange each mlawah on a plate.
Put a quarter of the caramelized bananas in the chocolate ganache on each, sprinkle over a handful of toasted coconut chips and sesame seeds and pour a tablespoon of sesame and coconut spread.
