The International Criminal Court "decided, by a majority, that the territorial jurisdiction of the Court over the situation in Palestine, a member state of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court, extends to the territories occupied by Israel since 1967", reads a statement .
"Today it has been shown once again that the court is a political and not a judicial body", the reaction of Israeli Prime Minister Benyamin Netanyahu. "The Court - he said - ignores real war crimes and in its place persecutes the state of Israel with a strong democratic regime and which respects the rule of law".
