: (ANSA) - ROME, 05 FEB - In the last 24 hours, 14,218 positive tests for coronavirus have been recorded in Italy.

Yesterday, the positive tests were 13,659, so that's an increase for the third consecutive day.
The victims are 377 (yesterday there were 421).
270,507 tests (molecular and antigenic swabs) were carried out (yesterday they were 270,142, therefore about 400 less), with a positive rate of 5.2% (yesterday it was 5.05%).
There are 2,142 people hospitalized in intensive care, 9 units compared to yesterday, in the balance between admissions and exits;
the daily admissions are 132. The hospitalized with symptoms are instead 19,575, therefore 168 less than yesterday.
In total since the beginning of the epidemic there are 2,611,659 cases of coronavirus, 90,618 deaths.
Currently positive are 429,118 (-1,159 compared to yesterday), healed and discharged 2,091,923 (+14,995), in home isolation there are 407,401 people (-982 compared to yesterday).
