The intense Atlantic disrupted flow that is affecting the country will continue tomorrow to cause scattered rainfall, especially in the center-south, with strong winds across the peninsula, especially close to the Apennine areas.
Based on the available forecasts, the Department of Civil Protection, in agreement with the regions involved - which are responsible for activating the civil protection systems in the territories concerned - has issued a further warning of adverse weather conditions which integrates and extends the one released yesterday .
On the basis of the forecast and current weather-hydro phenomena, a yellow alert was assessed for tomorrow, Monday 8 February, in Lombardy, Friuli Venezia Giulia, Marche, Umbria, Lazio, Abruzzo, Molise, Campania, Calabria, Basilicata and Puglia .
The warning still foresees winds, from strong to gale with gusts up to strong gale, from the western quadrants on the hills of Emilia-Romagna and on the Marche, Tuscany, Abruzzo, Molise, Puglia, Basilicata and Calabria.
