In the last two days (Saturday and Sunday) there has been a decrease in the number of new serious patients per day to 115 people.
Compared to more than 140 people who characterized the days before.
Data from the Ministry of Health published tonight (Sunday) show that 2,629 people infected with the virus were identified yesterday, which is 9.4% of 28,048 new tests conducted.
To date, 2,432 new infections have been identified, which is 8.4% out of 29,004 new tests performed.
The number of people infected with the corona virus since the onset of the plague stands at 688,934 people.
There are currently 70,371 active patients in Israel.
The number of people hospitalized stands at 1,719.

The number of patients in critical condition is 1,102, with 333 of them respiratory and 410 defined as critical.
The number of staff members in solitary confinement stands at 2,114, with 148 of them doctors and 557 nurses.

The death toll in the plague so far stands at 5,097 people.
The number of first-degree vaccinators is 3,471,017, which is 37.67% of all Israelis.
In the second dose, we have so far vaccinated 2,074,146, which is 22.51% of the total public.
Of the risk age groups of 50 and over, at least 70% were vaccinated with the first dose.
