Part of a glacier in the Himalayas broke off and fell into an Indian river, causing the water to rise and overwhelm bridges and roads, overcoming a dam.
So far there are three confirmed victims and 150 missing, according to reports from the Indian police. It would be the workers who work in a power plant submerged by water.
