The Minister of Health, Ginés González García, confirmed that they found two new variants of the coronavirus in Argentina from Brazil.
"The Amazonas P.1 variant was recently detected in two samples, and the Rio de Janeiro P.2 variant in two other travelers. All of them coming from Brazil," the minister said via Twitter.
The @msalnacion through @ANLIS_Malbran found a new COVID variant in Argentina.
