There are three new suspects in the investigation of the San Isidro Prosecutor into the death of Diego Armando Maradona.
These are the psychologist Carlos Diaz, who followed him since September 2020, and the two nurses, Ricardo Almiron and Dahiana Gisela Madrid, who alternated, to keep his conditions under control 24 hours a day, in the house where the illustrious patient was spending convalescence after brain surgery to remove a subdural hematoma.
Their names are added, in the list of suspects for 'suspected inexperience', to those of the neurologist and surgeon Ricardo Luque and the psychiatrist Agustina Cosachov. It seems that the two who did not look kindly on Diaz, according to some Argentine media, for the preponderant role he had assumed over time in the entourage of the former champion.
The two nurses are instead under investigation, according to the Telam agency, for perjury due to the statements made during the first interrogation, when they ensured that they had checked Maradona's vital parameters around 9.30 am when the former champion died. , except to change the version later confessing to have visited for the last time the room of the former 'Pibe de oro' only the previous night.
