We have a number of files that have been submitted, I have made a commitment that we will have a response within three months for all the complete files that have already reached the committee,
" said the minister, responding to the question from LREM deputy of Loire Julien Borowczyk during questions to the government at the National Assembly.
These files come under "
the regular framework for recognition of an occupational disease, which is the subject of a rapid investigation and expertise by the competent doctors
".
These "
allow caregivers and non-carers also to have an occupational disease recognized as a Covid disease responsible for sequelae,
" he said.
