The Vélez players Thiago Almada and Miguel Brizuela were charged this Tuesday by the justice in the case that investigates the sexual abuse of a young woman at a party organized at the house of her partner Juan Martín Lucero in the Buenos Aires party of San Isidro.

The case is in the hands of

Laura Zyseskind

, in charge of a unit specialized in gender violence, the same one that obtained the conviction against Fernando Farré for the femicide of his wife, Claudia Schaefer, in 2015.

The young woman who reported having been a victim of sexual abuse at a party organized by Vélez footballers had managed to expand her statement on December 22.

It was then that he gave details of the context of the party: he talked about drugs and alcohol.

She also assured that they denied her help when she requested it.

He targeted Almada and Brizuela for the alleged violation.

And he pointed to Ricardo Centurión and the owner of the house, Lucero, for lack of assistance.

As the woman was able to reconstruct, there was alcohol in the house in San Isidro, they offered her drugs on repeated occasions and they stole her wallet and cell phone, so that she would not call the police.

In addition, he warned the suspicion that they could have drugged her to render her unconscious and commit the abuse.

In her statement, the 28-year-old explained that she came to that party with two friends, one of them invited by Centurión.

"The three of us sat down together and Centurión came over and offered us something to drink, Noe asked for beer, C. and I, champagne with Speed. He brings us the 5 drinks and tells us that 'they had returned from Colombia that tomorrow they were going to travel to Santa Fe ', who' was laughing ', who were' from 12 noon scabbing and ate a fake barbecue ', "said the young woman in her statement.

And she added: "He said he was 're crazy, drugged' and that he had flowers to smoke, in case we wanted, we said no."

Later, the young woman and her friends took photos, went into the pool and danced.

"At one point, the champagne ran out and Thiago (Almada) told us that there was vodka with Speed, but when he brings me the glass it was pure vodka, a strange flavor," he described with suspicion.

"The three of us were dancing while filming and Centurión came over and told me to delete them because he had left, I stand next to him and show him to keep him calm that I was not interested in uploading anything about him to the networks and I deleted them" , explained the young woman, identified with the letter "M. to preserve her identity.

After that, the woman agreed to go up to a room to have a meeting with Almada, but he supposedly became violent and she wanted to leave.

It was there that he began to feel bad and to ask for help.

"At one point I feel the door open and two more people enter: Brizuela and a big brunette with black hair. I hear Thiago talking to them, they lean out. M. felt dizzy, bad. I didn't like that. I told him to Thiago, enough! And I tried to leave, "the victim recounted virtually before Justice.

These two people - according to the victim's reconstruction - entered the room and abused her.

"I started to feel bad, very bad, and again I said 'enough, enough, I don't want any more', I didn't feel good. 'I feel bad,' I said, but they continued. I remember that I couldn't get out. M. body he did not respond, "the young woman, represented by the lawyer Raquel Hermida Leyenda, could reconstruct.

"I feel that they open the door again, that there were more people in the room, I felt hands that penetrated and touched me, people that entered and later left the room," he described his ordeal.

After that, one of the victim's friends managed to rescue her from the scene and it was there that she fainted: "I couldn't open my eyes or move. M. would faint," he explained.

According to her friend, identified with the letter C. to protect her identity, she began to scream and ask for help but they only tried to convince her not to call the police.

They took their purses, wallets and phone from them to prevent them from calling for an ambulance or a patrol car.

It was after insisting several times - the victim's friend also warned in her extended statement - that they managed to get their phones back.

That same witness was the one who denounced having seen Juan José Acuña, the 42-year-old technical director who is on the run.

Is that the victim could not identify him but the witness -when he opened the door to look for her- managed to see him committing the abuse: "M. I threw on the door but it was already open, I see my friend passed out (unconscious) in bed with a plastic jug in hand. I see the bald fat man, get off my friend laughing and pulling up his pants, "he declared.

That person was identified by the young woman as Juan José Acuña, the only defendant in the case.

"I get on top of him, push him and yell at him: 'What the fuck did you do, you son of a bitch? Your mother's shell!' Take them ', I started yelling.' Help, help, call the police '. He came. Martín and many girls to the room, among them N. (Centurión's guest) ", declared C.

With the victim in shock and unable to move by their own means, all those who participated in the party fled the place, except Juan Martín Lucero, who kept their phones and tried to convince them not to make the complaint.

"I was still dizzy. C. (and I tried) we looked for our wallets, we wanted to call the police and we told them to call. N. responded, no one gave us any help. We realized - at that moment - that they had stolen from us the wallets with our belongings. I see inside the big bag that the clothes were and there I find my telephone number. M. continued to feel bad and could not stop crying, "continues in the story that he gave virtually to the prosecutor's office specialized in Gender Violence of San Isidro.

"I asked them crying to call the police, amid the shock I had from the abuse I suffered," the young woman continued.

At no time did any of the party members offer any help, until two neighbors helped them and asked the security personnel to call the police.

In his statement, M. also reported mistreatment to the prosecution, when he made his first statement.

The victims also provided information about the woman who had participated in the sexual abuse and evidence of the presence of these players at home.

That woman was also charged.
