Juventus president Andrea Agnelli was heard as a person informed on the facts by the magistrates investigating the Suarez case.
The hearing, according to what is learned, took place in recent days in Perugia.
The investigation by the financial police, coordinated by the prosecutor led by Raffaele Cantone, concerns the exam for the knowledge of the Italian language taken by the player at the University for Foreigners of Perugia.
The prosecution believes it was "fictitious" evidence.
The manager of the Juventus sports area, Fabio Paratici, and the lawyer Luigi Chiappero, Juventus lawyer, are under investigation for having made false information to the public prosecutor.
The lawyer Maria Turco, indicated by the prosecution as "lawyer appointed by Juventus", is instead under investigation for the preparation of the Suarez exam and accused of complicity in false ideology.
The survey also touched the former leaders of the University for Foreigners of Perugia.
In fact, the former rector Giuliana Grego Bolli, who recently resigned, the former director general Simone Olivieri and professor Lorenzo Rocca, examiner, were investigated for violation of official secrecy aimed at undue financial gain and ideological falsehood in public documents of Suarez who left the University at the end of October.
The hypothesis of the investigators is that in Suarez the contents of the test taken on September 17 were revealed in advance, which led him to obtain certification of knowledge of the Italian language at level B1.
Certificate necessary in the procedure for obtaining Italian citizenship by the player, thus favoring his registration as a Community player.
