Kasia Lenhardt, model and former participant in the TV show Germany's Next Top Model, is dead. Lenhardt's agency fab4media announced this on Instagram.
"We are deeply shaken and grieve with Kasia's family," wrote the agency that Lenhardt looked after as a model and influencer.
Lenhardt leaves behind a son.
The Berlin police had previously announced that there had been an operation in the Charlottenburg district on Tuesday at around 8:30 p.m. on suspicion of suicide.
A lifeless person was found in an apartment, there was no evidence of third-party negligence.
The 25-year-old had reached the final of the ProSieben show Germany's Next Top Model in 2012.
"We are sad.
Very sad.
And our thoughts are with your family, friends and you, dear Kasia Lenhardt, «the broadcaster announced on Twitter.
The soccer player Jérôme Boateng, with whom Lenhardt had a relationship until recently, broke off his participation in the Club World Cup in Qatar.
Boateng will "travel back to Munich before the final for private reasons," announced his club, FC Bayern Munich, on Twitter.
"Jérôme came to my room and asked me that he could go home," said coach Hansi Flick at a press conference.
That was agreed.
After a corona test, the defender will travel to Germany, said Flick.
