An armed man opened fire in a clinic in Buffalo, Minnesota, on Tuesday, injuring at least five people.
A victim died a short time later from his injuries.
The alleged shooter, a 67-year-old known to the police, was apparently dissatisfied with his treatment in the clinic in recent years, said Buffalo Police Chief Pat Budke at a press conference.
However, there was nothing to indicate the act.
The man was arrested and is due to be brought before the judge this Wednesday.

According to police, the shooter entered the Allina Health Clinic in Buffalo around 11 a.m. (local time, 6 p.m. CET) and opened fire.
Five people were injured and taken to nearby hospitals.
A little later, a spokeswoman announced that one victim had died, three others were critically injured, but stable.
One person has already been released.
American Democratic Senator Amy Klobuchar, who is from the area, wrote on Twitter:
Police chief Budke said there may have been an explosion prior to the shooting.
A video from the television station MPSP-TV shows broken windows in the entrance area of the clinic.
During the search of the building, officers from a bomb disposal squad discovered a "suspicious package".
Other suspicious items were found in the alleged perpetrator's hotel room.
The police assume that the perpetrator acted alone.
“It is most likely,” says Budke, “that the perpetrator specifically wanted to attack this facility or someone who works there.” Apparently there has been a “conflict” with staff at the clinic in the past.
An eyewitness who wanted to drop her mother off at the hospital told Fox 9 that when she arrived at the clinic, two nurses stormed out of the building.
“They said they heard about eleven shots in a minute.
They were very scared and just wanted to get out of there. ”About two minutes later she saw the front windows of the clinic being shot and she and her mother ran away.
