"We humbly ask you to condemn Donald Trump for the crime of which he is overwhelmingly guilty, because if we don't, if we pretend it didn't happen or, worse, leave him unanswered, who can say it won't happen again? ": so the deputy dem Joe Neguse concluded the arguments of the prosecution in the impeachment process, giving up the remaining 4 hours.

Dem Congressman Jamie Raskin, chief prosecutor in the impeachment trial, had previously listed the questions he would have asked Donald Trump if he hadn't turned down an invitation to be questioned. "Why didn't he try to stop his supporters in the attack on Congress as soon as he heard about it? Why did he wait at least two hours to send aid to the Capitol? Why didn't he condemn the violent insurrection on January 6? If a president really instigated a insurrection violence, does this count as a serious crime or misdeed? ". Questions that will remain without the answer of the interested party.
