Ingredients
For cupcakes:
¾ As flour
½ Cusco
½ Chosbeilis Irish Cream
½ teaspoon of salt
⅓ Whipped cream
2 eggs
½ Brown sugar
¼ White sugar
For Bayliss cream:
100 grams of dark chocolate
80 ml for sweet cream (one third cup)
20 ml Bayliss Irish Cream (2 tbsp)

Preparation
How to make Bayliss chocolate cupcake?
1 Preheat oven to 175 degrees.
2 Mix all the ingredients together into a uniform batter.
Be careful not to over-mix.
3 Pour the batter into a cupcake pan with 12 sockets (greased) and bake for 18 minutes.

for Bayliss cream:
Heat together in micro chocolate, cream and Bayliss until mass.
Mix until smooth, place in the refrigerator to stabilize (about 10 minutes), pour with a round catheter and flatten with a spoon.
