Facing the imminent start of classes, in a school year that will have a staggered school system and with reduced hours, the Ministry of Labor of the Nation determined that
employers grant a work license
for one of the parents or adult in charge, with the aim to further disrupt the family routine.
As Claudio Moroni, Minister of Labor, said, the measure was "to renew the justification of the absence
for the person whose presence in the home is essential
for the care of the child or adolescent."
But, when and how is the aforementioned license processed?
First, it must be taken into account that it can only be requested during the days when
the children do not attend face-to-face classes
at the respective educational establishment.
And, also, on the days that they attend
with a reduced face-to-face day
and the normal and usual school day of the corresponding educational establishment cannot be fulfilled.
The return to classes will be reduced and staggered, as seen in this school.
The regulations, which will be published in the Official Gazette, state that "the person affected by this justification
must notify his or her employer
of this
circumstance
and thus allow the corresponding control.
The text will be made by the father, mother or person in charge,
who will present to his superior or responsible area
.
There you will have to break down the following information: the student's data, the grade or year they are studying, in addition to adding information about the establishment they attend.
It is also necessary to inform about
the presence regime that has been established
in that institution and the declaration that their presence in the home is essential for the care of the child or adolescent.
