Since early January, students from the prestigious Parisian school had called for his resignation.

"The student mobilization worked, even if we deplore that it happened so late", explains Wednesday morning Ambre, student at Sciences Po and member of the feminist collective Garçes.

Tuesday evening, Frédéric Mion, director of Sciences Po Paris, tendered his resignation.

He ended up conceding having been made aware of the charges of incest against Olivier Duhamel.

In early January, Camille Kouchner, Olivier Duhamel's daughter-in-law, accused the latter of having raped his brother when he was a teenager.

Frédéric Mion had initially expressed his amazement, before admitting that he had been made aware of the charges of incest that weighed on Olivier Duhamel.

He then assured to have contacted a relative of Olivier Duhamel, who would have certified that the rumors were "unfounded".

It is in this context that many students from various Sciences Po establishments in France denounced sexual violence within the institution, via the #sciencesporcs hastag on social networks.

Among these testimonies, many young women claim to have been raped by students in their schools.
