Make your own vegetable broth: You need these ingredients

Ingredients for 2 glasses (250 ml each):

  • 1 leek

  • 1/2 celeriac

  • 1.5 large carrots

  • 2 red onions

  • 3 cloves of garlic

  • 1/2 bunch of parsley

  • 1/2 bunch of lovage

  • 1/2 bunch of chives

  • Garden cress

  • 75 g salt

The salt makes the homemade broth keep for a long time.

You also need a powerful blender (promotional link) or a food processor for the preparation.

Make instant vegetable broth yourself: easy recipe

  • Clean and wash the leeks, celeriac and carrots and cut them into large pieces.

  • Peel the onions and garlic and cut both into large cubes.

  • Wash the parsley, lovage, chives and cress, then shake dry and also roughly chop.

  • Now puree all the ingredients in the blender and stir in the salt.

  • Your instant vegetable stock is ready!

    Fill the mix into clean, hot rinsed screw cap jars and close them with lids.

  • Store in the refrigerator and use as normal vegetable stock if necessary:

    1 teaspoon in 250 ml of hot water.
