The Institute for Weltanschauungsrecht (ifw), with the support of doctor Kristina Hänel, has filed a criminal complaint against Klaus Günter Annen, an opponent of abortion, with the Giessen public prosecutor's office.
In the report that SPIEGEL has received, Annen is accused of insulting and inciting people.
Annen runs the two websites "Babycaust" and "Abtreiber", on which he describes Hänel as a contract killer, accuses her of mass murder and equates her medical activities with National Socialist genocide.
In addition to Kristina Hänel, more than 80 other associations and people support the advertisement.
"Women looking for factual information should not be the first to come across Mr. Annen's website," says Jacqueline Neumann, head of the ifw.
The contents are disturbing and seditious.
That's why they decided to take action against it.
"In our opinion, in a secular state it is part of the right of women to be able to find out about an abortion," she told SPIEGEL.
"It has been causing me pain for a long time, how the Holocaust comparison ignores the plight of women in abortion."

Kristina Hänel became known nationwide for initiating the debate on paragraph 219a of abortion in the criminal code.
The paragraph was changed in March 2019.
Since then, doctors have been allowed to state on their website that they are performing abortions.
Hänel had already taken civil action against Annen last year.
The Hamburg Regional Court ruled in August that the opponent of abortion must not call them "degenerate".
A comparison of abortions with the Holocaust is also not permitted.
Now, according to the ifw, the goal is to achieve a conviction for sedition for the first time.
About her support for the criminal complaint, Kristina Hänel told SPIEGEL: "It has been causing me pain for a long time how the Holocaust comparison ignores the plight of women in abortion." It is also unbearable that the suffering of the victims of the Holocaust and their relatives is mocked would by the "unspeakable" comparison with abortions.
