Hanau protocols: Survivors of the attack report on their estrangement from Germany

They were brought together by the man whom they call "Tobias", "the dog" or "the bastard".

The racist who was her neighbor and who shot her children on the night of February 19, 2020, at six different crime scenes, within a few minutes.
