Despite last week’s reports of “empty vaccine complexes,” the data suggests the opposite.

There has been no slowdown in the vaccination campaign and in recent days there has even been an increase - this against the background of vaccines in the workplace and the announcements about the expected opening of gyms, shows and sports events for the vaccinated and recovering only.

A summary of last week's data from the Maccabi HMO shows that the number of vaccinated in the first dose was the third largest since the operation began, and a total of 136,000 people were vaccinated in the first dose.

However, not all HMOs are able to vaccinate in increasing numbers.

Last week, Maccabi received a request from the Ministry of Health to help another fund and use 5,000 vaccines that were about to expire within a day.

Maccabi took the vaccines and prepared accordingly to increase the number of vaccinated.

"We must continue to get vaccinated at a high rate. We work in an orderly manner and appeal to anyone who has not yet been vaccinated. Tens of thousands of people come to receive the vaccine every day and this is a certificate of honor for the public and the entire health system. I call on all health funds to make no effort. Israelis from this disease, "says Sigal Dadon-Levy, director of the vaccination campaign at the Maccabi HMO.

Data from the Ministry of Health show that the average number of people vaccinated last week was 142,000 per day, compared with 113,000 in the second week of February and only 98,000 in the first week of February.

Also, on Sunday the number of vaccinated was 142,000 people in both rations.

Clalit also sees an increase in the number of vaccinated people, with a total of 72,000 people vaccinated on Sunday, of whom 34,000 in the first dose - compared to the "weaker" days in the previous week when about 40,000 people were vaccinated.

Kalanit Kay, director of the Clalit vaccination campaign: "We are seeing an increase this week in the number of vaccinators. I do not know for sure what caused it, but I estimate that it is due to the involvement of local authorities and workplaces. We store a lot of jobs and factories "Vaccination inside the workplaces without people having to go to the compound and make an appointment. There were employers who on a busy day brought their employees to get vaccinated in the complexes we opened for them and I welcome that."

"Want to end the plague"

She added: "We are also seeing an awakening among pregnant women. Last weekend there were close to 14,000 pregnant women who were vaccinated only in general and this is a significant extent, it is especially encouraging given that pregnant women can have the disease. We also vaccinated 80% of our housemates with assistance MDA and the ambulance companies.

It has not reached the levels since the beginning of the operation, but is improving compared to last week.

I do not know if there is a connection to the outline of the green character, but I think people understand that if there is a way out it is the vaccines, and want to end with the plague.

But there are still pockets of the public that do not get vaccinated and it is difficult for me to understand that. "
