M5s: blog Stelle, tomorrow vote on the Statute and governance

(ANSA) - ROME, 15 FEB - From 12 noon tomorrow Tuesday 16 February until the same time as Wednesday 17, the assembly of M5s members is called in second call on the Rousseau platform to vote for the modification of the M5 Statute and therefore also the part relating to the new corporate governance.

In this second call, the vote is valid regardless of the number of participants and the result is remitted to the majority of the votes cast.
