(ANSA) - NEW YORK, FEBRUARY 15 - Lara Trump, DonaldTrump's daughter-in-law, would be ready to run for the Senate in North Carolina. The acquittal of the former president to impeachment and the vote in favor of his impeachment by North Carolina senator Richard Burr make Lara Trump's candidacy more likely.
"My friend Richard Burr just made Lara Trump her likely replacement in the Senate if she chooses to run," says Republican Senator Lindsey Graham.
Trump's daughter-in-law has not yet discovered the cards on her future but a decision is expected in the coming months and will likely be part of a coordinated return to the political scene of the Trump family. (HANDLE).
