Vacation for Sachim: A resort without gambling or smoking will open in Las Vegas
Entrepreneurs who took a gamble in the City of Sins: The Majestic Las Vegas Resort will open in 2024 and offer a luxury vacation with an emphasis on body-mind indulgences.
"It will not have the familiar 'soundtrack' of slot machines. Vegas needs that kind of space," the developers say.

Majestic Resort Las Vegas (Metal Balloon Agency)
This may be the biggest gamble anyone has ever made in Las Vegas: Entrepreneurs plan to build a luxury, gambling-free, non-smoking resort in the City of Sins - two activities that have characterized the city ever since.
The Majestic Las Vegas Resort, whose construction will begin this coming July, is expected to open during 2024, two blocks from the famous Strip that forms the beating heart of the city.
“We wanted to create a different kind of space, one that Las Vegas really needs,” says Lorenzo Domani, director of development for the Majestic Entrepreneurship Group.
"True, it will not have the familiar 'soundtrack' of slot machines, but at this resort, vacationers will enjoy many unique options, from culinary to body-mind treatments."

Dancing fountains and live performances
The Travel and Leisure website states that the resort, which centers on a five-star hotel, will be built at a cost of $ 850 million.
It will have 720 guest suites, six restaurants, an Italian-style piazza with a manicured courtyard and dancing fountains, and of course, live performances.
The spa center will cover a wide area and will offer a wide range of treatments.
Also at the resort: an outdoor swimming pool from which you can overlook the "Strip" of Las Vegas, dozens of vacation cabins and the option to purchase suites on the upper floors, at a price starting at $ 10 million.
"The time has come for Las Vegas to provide its visitors with a luxurious hospitality experience, even for those who are not interested in gambling," Domani adds.
"The resort is designed for those who want to go on a relaxing luxury vacation, hold business meetings, company events or launch a new product - and all along with sophistication, luxury and an excellent location."
