Government: Draghi appoints Mattiolo as his diplomatic adviser

The President of the Council of Ministers, Mario Draghi, has appointed Ambassador Luigi Mattiolo as his diplomatic advisor and personal representative / Sherpa for the G7 and G20 summits, starting from today. (HANDLE)


(ANSA) - ROME, FEBRUARY 16 - The President of the Council of Ministers, Mario Draghi, has appointed Ambassador LuigiMattiolo as his diplomatic advisor and personal representative / Sherpa for the G7 and G20 summits, starting from today's date.

Ambassador Mattiolo has had a diplomatic career since 1981 and has served as Head of Mission at the offices of Tel Aviv, Ankara and Berlin.

This was announced in a press release from the Presidency of the Council.
