Over the past few weeks, the surveillance judge Marina Corti has proposed the revocation of the "deferral of sentence" and therefore the return to prison of Fabrizio Corona, now in home detention.
A panel of judges of the Surveillance will have to decide on this proposal, advanced for a series of violations of the provisions by the former photographic agent.
It emerged from today's hearing relating to another proceeding in which it must be established whether or not Corona should return to prison.
Hence the meeting of the two proceedings in a single hearing scheduled for 8 March.
The decision will come after the discussion in the classroom in March.
