After having just celebrated the two years since its launch, Open, the online newspaper founded by Enrico Mentana and directed by Umberto La Rocca, also arrives on Twitch.
Thursday 18 February at 9 pm the first of a series of weekly events will be broadcast, which inaugurate the landing of the Italian generalist newspapers on the most popular livestreaming platform among Millennials and Gen Z.
A non-random experiment, planned for some time and the result of a precise choice: experimenting with new languages to bring young people closer to information, in the same spirit that in December 2018 convinced Enrico Mentana to create and finance Open, the non-profit social enterprise headed by the newspaper of the same name and which gives I work for 30 young journalists.
