“In fact, it's more complicated than that”, explains Patrice Couteau, manager of the restaurant L'invitation and the hotel Les chevaliers des balances, before listing the different stages.
“I signed a first agreement with the CCI, which allows me to switch from commercial catering to corporate catering.
Then, I signed another agreement with construction companies so that they could declare me a company restaurant ”.

They must then provide the restaurant owner with a list of employees who can potentially be customers.
When they arrive, they must present their BTP card to be able to settle in.
If, this Tuesday, only one customer is seated, Patrice Couteau remains confident.
“We are going to contact other companies for the days and weeks to come, so that people who are outside can eat, but also so that we can start working.
