It is the story of a man, sacred monster of cinema and sexual predator.

It is also that of a 19-year-old girl who wanted to be an actress and will fall under the influence of Pandorini, an actor 40 years her senior.

When the artist dies, the word is freed.

Many victims testify.

This novel, warns Florent Porcel, she drew it from the depths of herself.

Except that the one who broke it is not an actor.

It is, according to her, the former star of the 20 Hours of TF1, Patrick Poivre d'Arvor, against whom she has just filed a complaint for rape.

“I wrote this book from the moment I came out of denial.

It took me 14 years to understand that it was not normal and to put the right words on it, ”warns the writer on social networks.

On 250 pages, in a fluid and sincere handwriting, a woman recounts her trauma.

How the naive and virgin 19-year-old theater student fell under the thumb of the biggest star in French cinema.

As she began her adult life gently, she will provoke the meeting with this man who will steal her dreams and her virginity.

Their relationship will only last a short time but the damage is done.

She will fall madly in love.

She talks about it to her friends, makes up a great story for herself.

Despite the age difference, the celebrity, she is intoxicated, thirsty, dizzy.

Carefree.

She moves with "the silly lightness of a Disney princess" even if "the entrance to hell looked like heaven on Earth."

When the phone no longer rings, she harasses the actor, sends him poems.

He doesn't care and she switches to the dark side.

She even wants to die.

It will take the disappearance of the one she loved to accept the unspeakable.

Florence Porcel, 37, intersects her account with extracts from press articles in which the victims lift the veil on the character of her book.

The Pandorini case becomes our Weinstein case.

If everyone knew, no one spoke, denounce his detractors.

He was a lover of women, in his 50-year career, he has never been accused and no complaint has been filed, answer his relatives ...

A descent into hell

With great accuracy, the author dissects the descent into hell of the young student, the hold of her lover, her astonishment at the time of this first sexual intercourse that she did not want and also her denial.

His inability to forget a ubiquitous and adored media man.

The novel "Pandorini" was published in January./DR

If we did not know that Florence Porcel had filed a complaint against Patrick Poivre d'Arvor, we would never have made the link with the former star journalist of the front page.

Once the keys to the book are known, we realize that Pandorini is practically the same age as PPDA and that their two fathers worked in the same branch, one was a shoe representative, the other a shoemaker.

They also gave a Breton first name to their children.

Both are involved in associations.

For the presenter, it is "the House of Solenn", a project carried above all by Véronique Courcoux, his ex-wife, in memory of their anorexic daughter who committed suicide at 19 years old.

In the novel, Pandorini defends… the cause of battered women.
